Festive Opening Times 2025-2026

The festive season is nearly here, so we wanted to give you a quick heads-up about our Christmas and New Year opening times and what support will be available.

We’ll be taking a short break to recharge (and eat far too many mince pies), but we will still have limited on-call support in place for essential service faults.

When We’re Closed

We’ll be closing at 5.30pm on Christmas Eve (Wednesday 24 December) and reopening at 8.00am on Monday 29 December.

We’ll then close again at 5.30pm on Hogmanay (Wednesday 31 December), reopening at 8.00am on Monday 5 January.

Support Over the Festive Period

On 25 and 26 December, and again on 1 and 2 January, we’ll have an on-call service available between 10.00am and 2.00pm.

This on-call cover is for service faults only. It won’t cover slow speeds, general questions or account queries. On the weekends in between, our usual on-call support will run as normal.

A Quick Note on Engineer Visits

CityFibre will be operating a reduced service over the festive period. As a result, we’re unable to guarantee engineer availability or standard timescales during this time. We will continue to progress matters wherever possible; however, some issues may take longer to resolve due to limited resources over the holiday period.
